So, I have a problem.. I ordered a bunch of eyelashes from iheartredcherry.com about 3 weeks ago and I have not received it yet. I went on my account and it STILL says "processing." IT HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED OUT YET?! I emailed the site literally 5 times already and have not received any replies. Seriously, I am getting worried now. Has anyone ordered from this site before?

I've been waiting for half of my order for over a mth already. They have ignored my emails too.
